Ronaldo gets revved up for El Clasico week as Real Madrid star shows off his £4million garage

Cristiano Ronaldo has revved up anticipation ahead of El Clasico by throwing down a warning to Barcelona.

Real Madrid travel to the Nou Camp next Saturday six points clear at the top of La Liga, and the Portuguese claimed that the date will arrive before you know it – and he plans to be just a quick.

To emphasise his point, the 31-year-old showed off his personal collection of motors, – which is believed to total up to 19 vehicles through the years at a cost of £4million – panning around his garage packed full of super cars.

Posting a message to fans on Snapchat, Ronaldo geared up for Saturday’s game by declaring: ‘Five days to El Clasico it’s going to go fast. So am I.’

He then released another video, with footage of his cars, including his Bugatti Veyron, which he bought for £1.7m after winning Euro 2016 with Portugal.

His £260,000 matt black Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 stands out among the collection as does his Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano — which set him back £310,000.

Ronaldo has been in formidable form for Real Madrid in recent weeks, after a slow start to the season by his own high standards.

He scored both goals in Zinedine Zidane’s side’s 2-1 win over Sporting Gijon on Saturday, netting his 50th goal of 2016 in the process — the sixth year in a row he has hit the half-century mark for club and country.

Real Madrid will go nine points clear in the race for the La Liga title if they can replicate last year’s 2-1 win at the Nou Camp and come away with the bragging rights.
