Real Madrid defeat Inter 3-0 in their final preseason match.

Real Madrid finished their preseason in style defeating a poor Inter Milan side 3-0 in St. Louis. Goals came from Kaka, Cristiano Ronaldo, and an own goal from Inter sealed the win for Los Blancos as Carlo Ancelotti's men finished the preseason undefeated.

Angel Di Maria played a great ball in to Kaka who quickly chested it down and fired a shot on goal. The keeper saved but Kaka was quick to pounce on the rebound and headed home giving Real Madrid the 1-0 lead early in the 1st half. Casemiro, who impressed many as he has all preseason, passed a wonderful thorugh ball to Cristiano who, without hesitation, fired past the goalkeeper for his 6th preseason goal. The portuguese superstar was Real Madrid's top goalscorer for the preseason and really set the tone for the Spanish giants. At the half, Real Madrid held a comfortable 2-0 lead as the team was clicking on all cylinders. Late in the 2nd half, Angel Di Maria played a corner to Casemiro's direction, but the defender marking him placed it into his own net. Casemiro deserved a goal this evening for his superb play but unfortunately, it was not meant to be. Jesé came on in the 2nd half for Cristiano and less than 2 minutes being on the pitch, he hit the crossbar.

That capped off a 3-0 win for Los Blancos who can look on to August 18th where they will play their first La Liga match of the season against Real Betis.
