The Portuguese star has undoubtedly shined during the Real Madrid 3 preseason after netting 5 goals and assisting 2 goals in 7 games. Two of these goals have come from free-kicks which is impressive as he has not scored a free-kick during a preseason in 3 years but let alone scoring two! The Real Madrid forward's first preseason goal came just after 21 minutes against AFC Bournemouth and came from one of his signature free-kicks, It was also the first goal under Los Blancos' new manger, Carlo Ancelotti.
